Enjoyable short story with a slow-burn romance.
I loved this story. I liked the description and the cover and thought i would try it out. I was not disappointed. I enjoyed the way the author described the scenes and emotions. I can't wait to read more from her.
I was blown away by this short story, I was a little jealous of the chemistry they both had.
It read like a tv show, everything seemed visual. The title was perfect and the story was long enough.
I don't usually like short story romances, since they almost always wind up either leaving out the emotion or forcing emotion that appears instantly, all in the name of filling as many pages as possible with sex. This one was different; it managed to create a true story around the sex scenes, so they felt natural and emotional. The difference between f*cking and making love. Very nice!
I really did not like this book. I just can't imagine having a relationship like Demme and Kip did. Kip gives "massages" to closeted jocks and Demme doesn't have a problem with that because all Kip does is get them hard with his massage and give them hand jobs. Of course, he says it is very impersonal. Just struck me as too weird a relationship for my tastes.
